Subscription Box Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your subscription to the Voyagers hook mystery box ("Service"), provided by Voyagers Hook Fishing Company ("we", "our", or "us"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not subscribe or use the Service.

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to Voyagers hook memberships, you are entering into an agreement to receive and pay for the products specified in your membership plan ("membership"). Your membership will begin once we confirm your order and continue according to the terms outlined below.

2. Membership Plans

We offer a variety of membership plans. Please refer to our website at voyagers hook.com for details on the different membership options, including pricing, product offerings, and delivery frequency.

Membership plans may include:

• Discounts

• Quarterly Box

• Competition entry

Discounts - any discount codes we send to you are for your use only, they are not to be shared, any sharing of discount codes will mean cancellation of any membership, any money paid for a membership will not be refunded.

Any discount code can only be used once.

Only one discount code can be used at any one time, no stacking of discount codes unless otherwise agreed with management.

Competition - Becoming a member entitles you to tickets to any general entry competition that is running at the time of your membership start date. It only entitles you to entry into one competition, no other tickets for future competitions will be provided.

Membership only competitions are run slightly different, on certain occasions there may be certain tasks that are required before any tickets are granted. Failure to follow the tasks will result in no entry.

Ie if the competition text states an action must be performed to start your point accumulation and it is not done, all other actions will be void.

We reserve the right to cancel any competition at any time and for any reason. If you have made a purchase, any tickets you would have accumulated will be moved onto a future competition. If you have received free tickets we will move these onto a future competition of our choosing.

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the membership fee for your chosen plan as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed monthly or yearly via card or PayPal, and you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the membership fee.

If your payment is unsuccessful, we will notify you, and your membership may be paused until payment is resolved.

4. Delivery

Boxes will be dispatched on the 1st day of the month every quarter, and are delivered to the address provided at the time of subscription. Delivery charges may apply, and these will be displayed during the checkout process.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days after dispatch (UK customers), but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier delays).

Free delivery offers are subject to change. If an item is sent out on a free delivery and is not delivered, a charge will be made if the item is to be sent out again.

International memberships which include free delivery are at the discretion of the company. Import fees are not covered under this and must be paid by the purchaser. any documentation that is required for importing into your country is also your responsibility to provide.

Delivery of competition prizes is totally free for UK customers, if an international member wins the prize and their plan includes free delivery, import fees will may still apply.

Free shipping for international members includes everything up to 1kg and 120cm in length. we will offer a substantial discount for other items. please contact us for a discounted rate.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at Info@voyagershook.com. you must give 30 days notice to cancel your membership. However, if you cancel after a payment has been processed, your membership will continue until the next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for that period.

• We may also cancel your membership without warning if we feel you are abusive/aggressive towards other members.

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been dispatched. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue in accordance with our returns policy.

6. Modifications to the Subscription

We reserve the right to modify the contents of the mystery boxes, the pricing, or any other part of the Service. You will be notified of any significant changes before the next billing cycle, and you will have the option to modify or cancel your membership.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for your account, including your payment details and delivery address. You must inform us immediately of any changes to this information.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to distribute harmful or disruptive content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the mystery box service, including but not limited to packaging, branding, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Voyagers Hook Fishing Company. You may not use or reproduce any such content without our express consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyagers Hook Fishing Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through an update on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
